Property Owners' Association

The POA is the governing body of Hot Springs Village, and is responsible for the management and maintenance of all recreational amenities and municipal services.

If you have not already received them, you should request a copy of the Hot Springs Village Covenants and Restrictions.

You may request this document by contacting the Accounting Department at (501) 922-5556 or customerservice@hsvpoa.org.

As a property owner in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, you will receive membership cards which will allow you access to the Village and also allow you to use the many recreational facilities and amenities that are now available to you.

Any family member or guest must be sponsored by your membership. The appropriate cards for their use can be obtained at the POA Administration building, 895 DeSoto Boulevard.
